The pmExcell Contract PM Service is a Customer need-based service that leverages clearly documented procedures to assess Customer Project Management maturity as well as Project/ Portfolio complexity and scope, and recommend a solution approach tailored to your context.
This Service is applicable in three scenarios, typically brought on by the growing IT Projects portfolios within your organizations:
- The Customer organization has a shortfall of Project Management staff who can lead and perform specific Project management tasks
- The Customer organization has a shortfall of skilled Project Managers to lead their Projects delivery
- The Customer organization requires enhancement and mentoring in Project Management processes and/ or knowledge areas.
We propose to provide support to your organization using any of the following four options:
- Augmentation of your PM team using pmExcell Management staff on Time & Materials basis
- pmExcell PM to lead your projects delivery on Time & Materials basis
- pmExcell PM to lead your projects delivery on Fixed Price basis
- pmExcell PM to assess your PM process/ skill gaps, and develop/ execute OPM strategy on Time & Materials basis
We can deliver this Service in a fully onsite model or a part onsite-part remote model, and this decision would be based on project/ portfolio complexity. The pmExcell Risk Management framework would be leveraged during Project/ Portfolio assessment.
